The current file system of target explorer does not provide any wizard to create a new file or folder in the file system tree. New wizards for files and folders should be added. The wizards should include the one for creating a new folder and those for creating new files based on their content types. These content types include common ascii based text files such as ".txt", ".xml", ".c", ".java", etc. The UI design and workflow are proposed to follow those "New" wizards in "Project Explorer" view.
