The Bugzilla adapter currently returns 406 Not Acceptable when application/xml is requested for change requests or query responses. According to the OSLC-CM spec, OSLC-CM providers MUST support XML. See

Since we're using Jena RDF/XML-ABBREV format for responses, we should be able to simply accept application/xml and respond the same way we do for application/rdf+xml.
