Build Identifier: 20111108 nightly build

Got error when setting property position to "static", the color filled in progress bar will render separately. See the screenshot attached. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a Web Client Project
2. Create a RUIHandler, and open by VE
3. D&D a Dojo ProgressBar into it
4. Switch to property view, set property position to "static"
5. You may find the problem
