I work on JDT/Core and after I reset my password at portal.eclipse.org,
I started getting authentication failures/timeouts when ever I do a pull
from jdt.core repos hosted at git.eclipse.org.

Updating credentials from within egit repo + remotes + origin didn't
help.

Nor did cleaning all stored passwords via window + preferences 
+ secure storage + clear passwords.

I had to physically delete the secure storage and start over.
