in preview mode, internal browser and external browser(IE8,FF5,Chorme). onKeyDown and onKeyPress can not be triggered by direction keys. But these events can be triggered by the other key such as return Key.

This issue is for dojo widget ComboBox. I verified it 201111092101, the problem is still there. the direction-Key such as Up Key or Down Key, can only triggered OnKeyUp. But if you tried to press some other keys such as "d", you will see that the OnKeyDown and OnKeyPress were triggered
