Some JBoss Tools users complain that the "Project configuration is not up-to-date with pom.xml. Run project configuration update" message is not clear enough about what to do (https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-10039).

We suggest to alter the message so it reads "Project configuration is not up-to-date with pom.xml. Run Maven->Update Project Configuration or use Quick Fix."

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Create a simple jar project
2.  Add a maven-compiler-plugin configuration to the pom.xml and save
3.  Check the error message in the Problems or Markers view
