The problem does not always happen.

1) Upgrade to a newer version of EDT.
2) Open an existed workspace.
3) Sometimes the caption of the EGL perspective is added with "<>". Please refer to the attached picture. In this perspective, some quick menu does not appear in the tool bar. User can manually switch to another EGL perspective without "<>".

I set the defect severity to minor.

Jing says that this does not occur in the current build.  Reopen if you see it again.

It does not happen, close the defect.
