Extracted from bug 362217.

We should stop building the old jetty5 and jetty6 based http service implementations:

org.eclipse.equinox.http.jetty5
org.eclipse.equinox.http.jetty6

No need to keep pulling in the old org.mortbay.jetty.* bundles for things we no longer use or maintain.
