This enhancement is a request to display the type hierarchy of TS artifacts in a Tree viewer.  The action should be contributed as a context menu of TS artifacts (see attached snapshot).  The label of the action should be "Show Type Hierarchy".  User should be able to invoke the action on artifacts of referenced TS modules or on artifacts in the source folder.  

This enhancement can leverage the 'Type Hierarchy' view of JDT or create a new view similar in nature.  Once the type hierarchy is displayed, the user should be able to double click on any of the artifacts in the view to open the corresponding editor for the artifact.

Ideally, the appropriate TS artifact icons will be displayed in the Type Hierarchy view.
