Orion 0.3 11/02

1. Go to the Navigator.
2. Create a new file with some unknown-to-Orion extension (foo.rb, foo.sh, foo.c, or whatever)
3. Click on the new file.
4. You'll get a blank page.

When Orion doesn't have an association for a filetype, it gives you a link to view the file instead of edit it. This is confusing. It would be better to have a limited set of types (PNG, GIF, JPG. etc) that we know how to view, and make everything else get a link to the default editor.

Or if we're worried about accidentally feeding a binary file to the editor, we could have an "edit/view?" prompt.
