DTP 1.9.1 is available from http://eclipse.org/datatools/downloads.php .  The 3.3.2 build is still using a release candidate (which admittedly may be identical to the final 1.9.1) while the 3.4.0 build against e4 is still using 1.9.0 itself.

I just checked.  For Juno M2, they contributed 1.9.0

For Juno M3, they just contributed a 1.9.2 I build.

I will move WTP 3.3.2 up to 1.9.1 and WTP 3.4.0 M3 up to 1.9.2 I build v20111028-0500

3.3.2 moved up to DTP 1.9.2
3.4.0 is building with DTP 1.10
