Choosing to add an InputPin to a StructuredActivityNode by drag&drop from the pallett, is impossible. If you try to crezate an InputPin to a StructuredActivityNode from the model explorer view the drag&drop toward the diagram is also impossible.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a StructuredActivityNode
2.Create an InputPin on the StructuredActivityNode is not authorized.
