Build Identifier: 

1. Create TS Project with entities 
2. Add dangling annotation in org.eclipse.tigerstripe.annotation.ann file 
3. See "unresolved annotation" warnings in Problems view
4. Select entity in Tigerstripe explorer and select "Attach dangling annotation" item in dropdown menu
See message "There are no dangling annotations that may be attached to the
selected object"

Namespace for example annotations was updated. Q7 contexts fixed.
