M2: When comparing a minor change to

org.eclipse.ocl\examples\org.eclipse.ocl.examples.xtext.base\model\BaseCST.ecore

wherever there is more than one supertype, the final one is reported as added and removed.

Haven't looked at it in details, but the description reminds me of bug 362351 .

Yes. (A bug on an ecore file may be easier to debug than on a UML profile.)

This change now breaks the MDT/OCL Junit tests.

Build I201108090415 which was all that was available from the download page at M2 is ok.

1.3.0M3 is bad. Problem occurs on OCLEcore.ecore too,

Thanks for your feedback. I added a testcase to detect this case. (org.eclipse.emf.compare.uml2.diff.test.TestUMLEcore) 

We now just have to make it green again ;)

Cedric's test case is green, the fix is commited on master. Now to try with the different sample models provided on the X different bugzillas :p.
