I see you're still able to log in via your public key.  Can you use the passwd command on build.eclipse.org?

Hi,

It asks for the old password, 

virgoBuild@build:~> passwd
Changing password for virgoBuild.
Old Password: 
passwd: User not known to the underlying authentication module
virgoBuild@build:~> 



I was trying to add the keys for my laptop but I've done it now using my desktop, which as you say, can get in with its own keys.
