As we did in a past iteration, Theresa and I will review the IDE and propose (and/or our just make) changes to the IDE panels (wording, layout, etc). 

The New Project wizard has been completed, so we will focus on other aspects of the IDE - VE, preferences, deployment editor, etc.

Fit and finish stuff:

1) Hello world template is overriding "base package" preference (sets it to "samples", which is displayed next time you use the wizard and select a Web client template)

2) Base package field needs to selectAll on focus (only evident when the base package has been set in the past)
