I tried to get coderecommenders via

This gives a 404 for both links (Head and Dev channel)

- there is no update site. maybe add one soon ?

- I finally got coderecommenders via eclipse market place :-)

These URLs point to composite update sites. Copying them an inserting them into the update manager should work.

Maybe putting an index.html file in this folder explaining how to use these sites may help? Johannes?

I often had the problem that i can't browse what's on an eclipse update-site. The eclipse default that shows 404 pages for update-sites isn't very useful.
I would prefer to see whats in there, but a help page saying, yes here is an update-site is better than showing 404.

Johannes added an index.php to head update sites and will do so for the new dev update sites. Hope the rendered text helps others that these urls are considered to be consumed by the Eclipse Update Manager.
