There is no 'comments' context available for templates.

It would be nice if this context was available:
 - 'date<ctrl-space>' in a comment could be expanded into the current date. 
 - templates that help with documentation: '@auth<ctrl-space>' expand into '@author Lieven Lemiengre' or more advanced '@param<ctrl-space>' could give you a list of possible param annotations with some automatically generated documentation.
