I implement the internationalization for the project
org.eclipse.jubula.app.autrun.

Could you please re-attach the patch and adjust the following:
 - add the correct copyright header to all new files
 - alter the message property file for default language (messages.properties) and remove de_DE and en_UK specific files
 - undo all changes which are likely to be caused by whole class code auto-formatting

Tested with linux terminal and different inputs / configurations. i18n Text is correctly displayed, but the command autrun and autrun -h displays the help text twice. I'm creating a new ticket for this ( not sure if this is a bug or not ).
