The New Handler > RUI Widget wizard allows a developer to create a new RUIwidget, which then becomes a reusable component throughout the application. It's important that this new widget appears in the Palette (which is does by default), but that we also allow the developer to specify other properties such as category and displayName. Maybe even allow them to select an icon (.gif/.png) that will get imported into the project on Finish.
