The revised default theme is not working correctly in several places in older IE. So far i found this:
- Menus and Tooltips have a dark dots in the corners (a technical restriction from using opacity with rounded border i think).
- Group labels are not rounded (possibly graphics mixin not applied))
- Scrollbar thumbs are not rounded
- Comobos sometimes lack a border (Controls demo, combo tab, 2nd combo)

Fixed the missing radii (group, scrollbar) in CVS HEAD. The GraphicsUtil (SVG/VML) ignored radii that were to big to draw on a shape. Now they are drawn as big as possible in that case.

Fixed in CVS HEAD by slightly updating the default theme.
