Build Identifier: 0.7.0.v201111012101

1) Setup the attached project, and open CommitFunctionInvoked.egl with VE.
2) The source code attaches RetrieveViewHelper and CommitHelper functions to the controller, but they're not invoked. 

Reproducible: Always

Fixed EGLClassTemplate.java. The MVC code needed to be generated before field initializers, so that initializers would override default helpers.

Justin, did u release the code? The problem still existed in my build.

You're right, I forgot to release the change. The build server is having problems but the next build should contain the fix.
