After rename a package, the handlers and programs below this package did not update the package name in their source code. and the dd file did not update the package name in RUI Deployment setting either.

based on the comments, I'm changing the status from Fixed to Duplicate.  It is not fixed in 0.7.0, but deferred to the future.
