Limited strings are not supported in 0.7. The validation change was as designed, please refer to Bug 358763 Was does the Found 9 mean? (In reply to comment #2) > Was does the Found 9 mean? I assume the 'found 9' means that a length of 9 was specified for the string. Can we clean up this error message? Maybe, "The type {0} cannot specify a fixed length."
I have removed the last sentence of that message to remove the confusion. Verified in build 20111107. "Found 9" has gone away. |
