Build Identifier: 0.7.0.v201111012101

1) Set up the attached project, and open CommitWithError.egl with VE.
2) Switch to the Preview tab, and click the 'commit' button.
3) Click the 'Commit' button, it will prompt the error information in the VE. You can find the some of widgets are not highlighted as in RBD. Please refer to the screen shot attached in this defect.

Fixed MVCTemplate.java to generate the widget's default showErrorState function.
