There is the same issue in RBD.
In outline view, the ContentPanes of BorderContainer have the same display names. It is difficult to identify directly. So I suggest the region info of ContentPane, such as LEFT, CENTER, TOP, ect., could be shown in outline view.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.DD a Dojo BorderContainer into handler.

Actaul results: In outline view, the ContentPanes of BorderContainer have the same display names. It is difficult to identify directly especailly user has swithched the order of the ContentPanes.

This is a low priority defect that also occurs in RBD, so I am deferring the fix to 1.0.
