If the list of values provided by a PossibleValuesService changes, it would not trigger the re-validation of a property since PossibleValuesValidationService doesn't listen on PossibleValuesService.

Fixed. Please verify.

ModelElement listens on ValidationService (line 121).
PossibleValuesValidationService listens on PossibleValuesService (line 62).
