Multibyte characters in github connector tasks are displayed incorrectly. I looked into the connector's source code and I have the impression that the encoding conversion occurs at the level of mylyn task api. So I write a bug here.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Mylyn Github Connector
2. Import some issues, say in Russian encoding
3. Task content is corrupted

Hi,

Can you try installing the GitHub Mylyn Connector 1.2.0 nightly and see if the behavior is still incorrect?

I believe this was fixed by the commit here: http://egit.eclipse.org/w/?p=egit-github.git;a=commit;h=a3c1dfcf71888ee5201309806870b65b31fea83e

And will be available in the 1.2.0 release.
