from the M2 and M3 N&N.

The build notes link is outdated for quite some time now. It should not be listed in the N&N.

The build note links seemed to work for 3.8 but I have now deleted it there as well.

My edits on eclipse.org are just being overwritten. This is probably rsynching from some internal server I don't have access to. The 3.8 M3 index.php should just point to the same N&N document in the drops4 directory rather than having two copies of the same content.

What exactly is wrong with the build notes link anyway? Should the link be removed from the download page as well?

More than half are very outdated (at 3.4 or 3.5).
