I am unable to install SWTBot. site.xml contains incorrect urls.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter http://download.eclipse.org/technology/swtbot/helios/dev-build/update-site/ as an update url
2. Find new software to install
3. Try to install

 I tried to install this on eclipse 3.6 and 3.7 (on macosx) and SWTBot was installed cleanly.
 
 Do you have a screenshot and/or error message when this happens?

Marking it as INVALID since
* it could not be reproduced in the past
* SWTBot build now uses p2 which solves this issue.
