Bundlor does not support building artifacts with numbers higher than 9 for major, minor and micro.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a project to be compiled with bundlor
2. Set a version number of the artifact 10.0.23.SNAPSHOT and in the template.mf
3. Run mvn clean install

Bundlor fails to generate the MANIFEST.MF

Please find the path that fixed the regexp and complete the unit test.
