scout rap runtime feature introduced.
build enhanced to build against eclipse rap runtime.

scout project creation corrected to correctly create the rap target platform using scout rt rap feature and eclipse rap runtime (including incubator).

support for WAR and EAR export enhanced to include RAP bundles.

Add new bundles to an existing scout project implemented.
This allows already created scout projects to add e.g. more UIs later on.
