Knowing and deciding what bundles to include in a target definition is a laborious process and an impediment to getting started quickly with OSGi.  The purpose of this enhancement is to provide a facility to contribute "Target Definition Templates" for common osgi development scenarios.

This enhancement will not contribute templates but should allow projects such as Virgo, and Gemini and Aries to provide downloadable templates from which the launchers can instantiate target definitions.

Juno M7 passed away some time ago. Can we have this enhancement targeted appropriately? Perhaps to 0.3 or Future?
