When compare two commits in file's history, we should always put file content of the newer commit on the left side of the compare editor. This will be consistent with comparing working tree VS index.

There was a bug in gitCommands.js which called getDiff from gitClient.js with wrong params. I've fixed that with 355637889f87bfec81b967646a1085c321e9863d.
