In RemoteLaunchConfigurationTab, there are an inputfield to set the debug port.
But it seems it is not really used.
The DBGP Service port is configured thanks to the windows/Preferences/Dynamic Languages/Debug Page.

So perhaps, this field should be removed from this class.
