Offer rename without dialog in Properties File Editor (like in the Java editor).

The solution would be similar to org.eclipse.jdt.internal.ui.refactoring.reorg.RenameLinkedMode, however this is a bit of effort for not a lot of gain, especially since you will never have even a single linked reference in the properties file.

Discussed this with Markus and he concurs.
