The Window menu, when working in the Papyrus perspective, has items Open Perspective and Show View. This is only Eclipse perspective that does not also provide a way to edit Eclipse preferences.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Window > Open Perspective
2. Papyrus
3. Expand the Window menu

The problem is on Ubuntu 11.10. I checked a Redhat 5.4 release and the menu was fine. (Overall stability is much better on Ubuntu. I get crashes on Redhat that point at cairo graphics libraries).

Since 0.9.X, the Papyrus perspective filters have been removed. The issue should be fixed on all platforms.
