It would be great if we could use drag and drop while editing the SDev contents. This feature would be specially useful to "re-parent" child controls (to, for example, adopt the new split form on a previously created UI).

More specifically, this support could be made available on the editor's outline (and, optionally, on the "outline's outline").

Could this "drag and drop" support be made available for other editors whose models could handle those types of permutations?

Yes, I would imagine that the drag and drop action would be implemented generically. If the new parent element can host the elements being dragged, then the drop should succeed.

Enhancement implemented. Drag and drop is available in the content outline and in table property editors.

Let's consider basic verification completed, but this feature is quite complex with a lot of corner cases. More extensive verification is needed.
