Fix for bug jjohnstn: iplog+

Description Bernd Hufmann CLA 2011-10-25 13:11:57 EDT
Several methods and constants of the generic statistic implementation are private, but should be protected so that subclasses can override this methods.

e.g. getTypePaths() or getNormalPaths() of class TmfBaseStatisticsTree
