The meta-model named efacetcatalog2 must be moved to a plug-in named org.eclipse.emf.facet.efacet.catalog.metamodel. 

This is possible without any API break: this first commit append on September 2011.

EFacet catalog meta-model has to be hosted by org.eclipse.emf.facet.efacet.metamodel and this is the case.
