When user initially opens the Bundle Overview or the Bundle Dependency Graph editor part, she does not see any data displayed. She must first click the Refresh button for fetching the initial data from the OSGi framework. 

We can improve usability by displaying an info message in the toolbar when no data is displayed yet. Something like "Click the 'Refresh' button for fetching the data.".
