Set to critical cause we can't release otherwise. See http://build.eclipse.org/indigo/simrel/reports/licenseConsistency.html I already updated Xtend/Xpand licenses twice! We really have to fix our git repository as soon as possible. I did not find "April" in my workspace. The feature.properties and license.html files are all with the February 2011 license version.
