P2 handles the url for updates in CCSv5.1.x.  Having update label and discovery label in the feature.xml files for our components is causing a second non-valid update site to show up when checking for updates in CCSv5.1.x.  These fields should be removed from plugingen as they were only there for CCSv4.x and did not work correctly for that version either.  They currently server no purpose for the updated P2 design.

fixed in xdctools-f05: if IProduct.updateSite is not specified nothing no update/discovery site will be generated.

Will in in xdctools 3.23.00.24

Built the avalaprod-i18x tree against xdcprod-p29.  Verified that the fields are removed and the do not get added back with null values to the feature.xml file.
