I20111004-2000 If I create a bundle with this extension <extension point="org.eclipse.help.toc"> <placeholder placeholderPage="http://www.eclipse.org" plugin="org.eclipse.myfeature.doc"> </placeholder> </extension> and launch Eclipse I see the page with placeholder links, but the link to eclipse.org has the wrong href: <a href = "..http://www.eclipse.org">org.eclipse.myfeature.doc</a>
