For last weeks i-build we introduced a new RelaxedUpdateOperation in p2. There is a helper method in the ProvisioningUI class which clients can call. 

This helper method is currently called getLuckyOperation but should be renamed to be more descriptive of what the function does. Something like #getRelaxedUpdateOperation would be fine.

Given that this was only introduced last week we should make this change before tomorrow's I-build to avoid having a deprecated new method in the milestone build. A message to the mailing list with a heads-up is sufficient as it is unlikely people have started using this method.
