The menu File, New, EGL, does not include a choice for creating a new EDT deployment descriptor file.

Changing to enhancement, this feature did not make the list for 0.7.0.

For EDT 0.7, user can copy/paste an existing egldd to create a new one. 

There's already an enhancement for New EGLDD wizard, I'll mark this one as a duplication.
