First draft of a lazy transaction change recorder

The current implementation of dawn transaction change recorder (based on the EMF Transaction one) will iterate over direct and indirect children of the object on which it is attached.

The issue is described in bug 323792 comment 5.

The feature request is about providing a lazy transaction change recorder. As an attchment I provide a first draft of such an implementation based on the CDOLazyAdapter and some tests.
