If on the same widget two different listeners listen to the same eventType and the first listeners is removed, the second listeners does not receive the event anymore.

Reproduce: With attached test-patch.
Fix: With attached fix-patch

Sorry, I forgot about bug 286039. I attached the patches to the first bug.

BTW: May I set the severity of the first bug to major? It does break our program without this patch.
