schatzio, just to confirm, you encountered this with Eclipse Indigo SR1's Java EE EPP package, right?  I am moving this to Dali, since they own the org.eclipse.jpt.jpa.core plugin.  Their corresponding version number for Indigo SR1 should be 3.0.1.

Can't reproduce this with Indigo Java EE SR1.

Can't imagine how this is remotely possible.  (Sounds like a packaging problem?)

Definitely need more (and more specific) information to pursue.
