When you create an ExpansionRegion, you can add elements in it but if you want to create another one in the same diagram, Papyrus doesn't permit to add another one directly from the palett but you can add another one from the ModelExplorerView. The problem is thaht the size of the ExpansionRegion is not editable.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create an ExpansionRegion
2.Try to resize the element
3.

It is also impossible to add these elements in the diagram:
- LoopNode
- InterruptibleActivityRegion
- SequenceNode
- StructuredActivityNode
- ExpansionRegion
- ConditionalNode
- ActivityPartition

A simple drag of the element from the pallett to the diagram create an unhandled event lopp exception.
